I’ve been creative my whole life, building, crafting, clipping, editing, you name it. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that all that creative energy you have comes out in different ways. Lately, I’ve decided to pick up baking. Before you ask how and why, I’d say, well, because I can. Baking has opened up another door of creativity that keeps me mindful of exact measurements and flavor profiles. Just like editing videos or setting up a photoshoot, one wrong detail or missing ingredient makes the outcome feel funky.
